Horitomo has been a tattoo artist for over 20 years, specializing in traditional Japanese tattooing techniques like hand-poking. He is currently based in California. He has worked on SEGA game system designs and had his art exhibited in museums and art galleries, demonstrating his wide range of activities beyond that of a typical artist.
